Born in California, raised all over, and currently calling Texas home, my journey has been one of resilience, service, and a deep-rooted passion for fitness.
My path led me to serve in the military as an RTO and Paratrooper, where I learned the importance of physical and mental strength in challenging environments. Transitioning to civilian life, I continued my service as a Firefighter Paramedic in Killeen, Texas, facing new trials and triumphs every day.
In 2010, fitness became more than just a hobby for me—it became a lifeline. As I navigated the ups and downs of life, I discovered the transformative power of fitness as a coping mechanism, a source of strength, and a pathway to personal growth.

During the 30-Days, you'll gain access to Team Limitless, Group Coaching Program. The program is housed in the TrainHeroic app where you'll have 30-days of pre-programmed workouts, full resource library, accountability community, access to your personal trainer.
In the virtual programs, you do have gym or home workouts available. For the in-person 1:1 training we will meet locally at a gym.
